Plant and Equipment includes: Articulated Dump Trucks 6-40t, Excavators 1.5-87t, tampers, grabs, small plant and equipment, trucks: watercarts, 3-30t tippers, truck mounted cranes, tilt trays, wheel loaders, rollers, grader, and dozer.

Management Systems accredited and comply with State and Federal requirements of health and safety in the workplace.

  • Only people dedicated to working within our company policies and procedures shall be considered for employment. All employees must abide by the following conditions:
  • Before employment is granted, a National Police Check must be obtained by the applicant and forwarded on to Digga Excavations. (A National Police Check is available from Tasmania Police).
  • Copies of all necessary qualifications and licenses will be required before employment offer as proof that courses have been completed and licences have not expired.
  • As part of our insurance requirements, a clean driver’s license must be held.

  • All Digga Excavations work sites are smoke free, and that smoking onsite during work hours shall not be tolerated.
  • Digga Excavations employees are subject to random drug and alcohol testing at any time.
  • All employees are required to undertake and pass a medical prior to commencing employment.
